Welcome once again to Sunday Puzzle, a weekly opportunity to have fun and exercise your wits.
Over in Sunday Puzzle Warm-Up the theme for the past few months has been Candidates Worth Supporting. But the election is only 15 1/2 days away, and there are still many candidates I’d love to feature — so tonight that’s the theme for Sunday Puzzle as well.
So if you’re in the mood for a puzzle party, come on down and enjoy a brand new JulieCrostic spotlighting another great Democratic candidate (one whom you may not be as familiar with yet as you should). Plus, as a bonus, a re-post of the puzzle which didn’t get solved last week. Just jump over the barricade pick the puzzle you’d like to play with first. (The new one is fairly easy; the re-post from last week is a bit more devious.)
NOTE: I probably won’t be able to take part in the puzzle party tonight myself. But I don’t think you’ll have any trouble solving the first one even without me around; and since folks have had a week to ponder on the other puzzle, I don't think that will take too much time or effort to solve tonight either.)
